The use of the system consists of four parts.
*Administration page, where a few users sets up and maintains the system.
*My page, where each user can se their bookings and make changes.
*Booking page, where the bookings are made.
*Presentation page, where available bookings and presentations can be viewed.
The booking is made in three steps.
1)Choose object/person/place and date. 2) View the available bookings (month, week, day or a couple of hours of a day). 3) If you find an available object, fill in bookingtime, your login and password and then press ->boka <- ändra till rätt.
To collect more information about a booking, an extra form can be set up. This form is easily set up with our datamanagement interface. |
